CAFS Refund Policy

Thank you for seeking our services at the Child, Adolescent and Family Services (CAFS). We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please find the details to booking our services and the terms and conditions for bookings below.

When an appointment is given to you it is only a tentative booking. Appointments are considered confirmed only if the payment for the service has been made within 24 hours of when the appointment is given to you. If an appointment is not confirmed within this period, it would be considered an automatic cancellation.

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply for refunds for confirmed bookings of services:

1. You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, for one future appointment only. This will be at a time coordinated between you and your therapist at CAFS. If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, the appointment cannot be rescheduled and will be considered cancelled and relevant charges will not be refunded.
2. You may be subjected to a refund with a penalty charge of Rs. 500 up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. This will be coordinated between you and CAFS. Once this has been discussed, the refund will be made to the bank account which the transfer was initiated from. Please note that you can only claim the refund up to 2 weeks from the date of the appointment.
3. Cancellation of an appointment will not be subjected to a refund. If you wish for a new appointment, a new booking will have to be made with full payment. Please note, that these terms and conditions apply to the new booking as well.
4. If the therapist cancels the appointment, the session can be rescheduled upon the availability of both therapist and client, without a penalty charge.
5. If you require rescheduling, please reach out to the CAFS HOTLINE and not the automated message on our website or booking system.
